the ageing Victorian infrastructure?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wow, I really am surprised. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eastern and Southern England is where most of the UK&amp;#39;s water is used because it is where the most people live and the most arable agricultural area of the country.&lt;br /&gt;It is also one of the driest parts of the country though, with rain falling in the less populated North and West. &lt;br /&gt;Some people have suggested a water network using the existing canal system to transfer water from the North and West where it is in massive surplus to the South and East where it
